We traveled with a group of friends for a NYE celebration in Asheville. The room, facilities, and staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and our rooms were very clean (even smelled fresh!). Staff was helpful when we got locked out of the room and any housekeeping we met were super friendly. Breakfast was great, the fresh muffins and yogurt/granola bar was a nice touch. We were especially impressed with the shuttle service provided with our stay. Bill was fantastic (give that man a raise!). He shuttled us to dinner, back to the hotel, to our event, and picked us up a little after midnight. It was great to have a safe option for transportation on a busy night. 10/10 would recommend for a NYE or any other big holiday stay.

The location of the hotel was great for downtown activities. I was within 1-2 miles of the restaurants, sites and activities I wanted. Parking was right in front of the entrance. It was extremely pet friendly which included an outside fenced in walking area.

Element is a clean, beautiful hotel. The hotel staff (all of them - the housekeeping staff, the front desk and the dining staff) were very friendly, considerate and helpful. The room was perfect - it had everything we needed! We loved the complementary fresh lemon water and cappuccinos/lattes available at all times. The view from the rooftop was amazing... we loved hanging out there, and it was especially great to watch the fireworks from there on July 4th!

The hotel looks brand new and has a lovely decor. The room is spacious and very clean. The mattress is very comfortable as well. Having a small kitchen is a definite bonus. It is listed as a downtown hotel and the parking is free on site.

Newish property with stunning views of the city and mountains. Rooftop seating area. Large modern multipurpose room for a sumptuous complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Huge windows for panoramic views, large comfortable seating areas for tv viewing, board games, reading. Glass enclosed pool, exercise room, meeting rooms. My spacious room was beautifully and comfortably appointed. Fully equipped kitchen along one wall. Luxurious bed and bedding. Attentive staff - cheerful and helpful with recommendations. Ian, Zach, Melissa, Melinda, and Tammy to name a few. The hotel location was wonderful - close to downtown and all its wonderful restaurants - 20 minutes to The Biltmore- close to the Blue ridge Parkway and hiking.

The terrace felt bright and clean because of the glass walls. The size of the bathroom was great, and the color scheme of the room was good. The facilities (pool, gym and outdoor area) were good and clean as well.

All the staff was very helpful. I loved the breakfast, although if you're looking for sausages and potatoes, you will be probably disappointed. "Social hour" or however they called it with free wine and beer was a great detail. Huge fan of the interior design and the rooftop!

Breakfast was a welcome change from the usual carb breakfast at other hotels! Fresh berries, Greek yogurt, granola, oat milk, Interesting egg dishes! Delicious muffins each day! Coffee bar with Cappicioni, lattes, etc! Exceptional for anyone looking for a healthier option! Lemon water too! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was exceptionally clean and spacious!

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, our room was clean and up to date and we enjoyed the 2nd floor social area.
